Samoens (altitude 1600m) is located in the Haute-Savoie department of France.

It is part of the fourth largest ski area in France the Massif ski domain consisting of 5 interlinked resorts offering 265 km of pistes.

The other resorts included in this area are Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval.

The domain is wooded with beautiful views of the summits around Mont Blanc and the highest lift is 2500m.
