Les Arcs has villages called Arc 1600, Arc 1800, Arc 1950 and Arc 2000 and is part of the Paradiski area (including the resorts La Plagne, Les Arcs and Peisey-Vallandry).

Within the area there is access to 425km of slopes with the highest peak in the resort being the Aiguille Rouge (Red Needle) at 3,226m altitude from where you can descend a 7 km long black run to Villaroger.
