La Plagne is part of the Paradiski area (with les Arcs and Peisey-Vallandry with 425km of slopes) located at altitudes between 3,250 and 1,250 metres on the Glacier de la Chiaupe. It has 100 km2 of ski area spread across four communes and a large off piste skiing area including Bellecôte's North Face.
