La Grave is located at 1,500m altitude and dominated by La Meije mountain (3,983m).The ski area is great for off-piste and extreme skiing due to its ungroomed slopes and only one marked piste which is on the glacier.
This area offers some of the most exciting and challenging skiing available with maximum vertical drops of 2,300 metres.
